edge.
"The organisations winning with AI are not the ones moving fastest. They are the ones building systems people actually trust. Trust is what gets you adopted. Ethics is what gets you trusted."
Camila Lombana Díaz
Ethics does not slow innovation down. It is the condition for doing it well.
Most organisations treat AI ethics as a risk function something to manage, document, and contain. I have spent my career proving the opposite.
At SAP, I built the AI Ethics practice from zero: governance, framework, AI Ethics Handbook, org-wide operationalisation. Not a compliance programme. A competitive differentiator.
I was born in Colombia, raised across cultures, based in Berlin. That lived plurality is not background. It is methodology.

I built a global AI Ethics practice from zero to org-wide adoption. I know what it takes to make ethics operational, not decorative.
